Each project includes a pre-staging edit that clearly outlines what to remove, what to rearrange, and what we will bring in. This ensures the home feels intentional, spacious, and visually aligned before staging day.

Our Pre-Listing Edit service provides expert guidance to help your home shine before it hits the market. Using client-submitted photos or videos, we identify areas for improvement, decluttering, and styling adjustments to maximize visual appeal and buyer engagement.
This service is ideal for homeowners who want to tackle improvements themselves but need a professional eye. We provide actionable recommendations to highlight your home’s best features, improve flow, and make each room feel intentional and inviting.
Includes:
Detailed written report outlining what to remove, rearrange, or restyle in each room
Suggestions for accessories, furniture placement, and finishing touches
Tips to enhance curb appeal and overall presentation
Optional:
In-person walkthrough (within 30 minutes) for hands-on guidance
Turnaround: 2–3 business days after receiving client materials
Investment: Pricing ranges based on home size:
Small homes / condos: $100–$150
Medium homes (up to ~2,500 sq ft): $175–$225

Our Interior Decorating service helps transform your home into a space that feels intentional, functional, and beautifully curated. We work with your existing furnishings or new items you wish to purchase to elevate each room and reflect your personal style.

$400 flat fee for furniture sourcing
Additional $250 for styling and final install: I will purchase all items for you, bring them to your home, and style each room to complete the design, ensuring everything is cohesive and polished.

$250 flat rate for a single room, +$150–$200 for each additional room
These services include collaborating with you to determine which items to keep and what needs to be sourced. You will receive a mood board for approval along with all item links so you can order them yourself. For in-person services, I can come for a final install day and style everything for an additional fee. The $400 fee covers furniture sourcing, while the optional $250 styling fee covers purchasing items and professionally arranging and styling each room to complete the design. If you prefer not to include the styling fee, you will still receive all sourced items with links and floor plan recommendations, allowing you to implement the design yourself.
